The IQF CRYOGRAN instantly freezes any liquid or semi-liquid substance into discreet, free-flowing pellets of consistent size and shape. The CRYOGRAN is a liquid nitrogen immersion process that operates in a continuous or batch mode. It provides production control in all facets of freezing; from pellet size to residence time to appropriate product exit temperatures.
The CRYOGRAN offers the controls necessary to establish consistent and repeatable results. As well, the system requires typically only one operator for production. All CRYOGRANS meet or exceed all pharmaceutical materials of construction standards and are produced to the highest quality specifications.
The CRYOGRAN specifically utilizes liquid nitrogen as the freezing medium and does not require any CFC’s or complex mechanical refrigeration for operation.
